am i correct in thinking you constructed this using papier-mch and a canvas?

forgive me if this was obvious or already explained, sometimes i'm daft.

i really have to try this, i also have a really wildly weird coat of arms (involving ravens: fun!) and would love to proudly display it (even though sadly, my family line is not continuous because my grandfather was adopted-- weird how easily things like that can lose or gain meaning...)

really brilliant project, i truly enjoy it. i hope you don't mind if i borrow the idea... if i ever have the time.

This looks so incredible as the stone, and I love it even more as bronze! There's no way I would have dreamed that there was all that junk under there!

Absolutely incredible! I love seeing how you put it together, too. This looks like it was a very fun project.

Amazing!  Grin

It looks so heavy, in the bronze and stone finishings, but how hard was it to lift in reality?

Haha, I, too, have an uncle who has spearheaded a family tree investigation. He's gotten pretty far. I'm not aware of any crest discoveries, but you have motivated me to find out!

Wow, this is awesome. I was thinking of getting a tattoo of my family crest, but this seems ever more extreme than a tattoo! Alot more work, that's for sure. You did a great job!
