So I decided to take a stab (and yes I stabbed my poor fingers way too many to count) at sewing & borrowed my mother's machine. I did some pillowcases but those don't count, they were to practice my lines (which HAVE gotten a bit straighter YAY) Anyways I think it would be awesome to have an apron for everyday of the week and then some so I made myself a full & half apron. The half was the first one I made and the full I understood a bit more what I did. No patterns, just fun Smiley I think the full one look like a summer dress my husband got home just as I was doing the final try-on of the apron making sure it fit how it's supposed to and said "i thought you were making an apron not a dress" and then laughed when he saw the back was just a piece of ribbon :p

Anyways enough chit-chat I'm excited to present my aprons!!! Smiley What do y'all think for my first real sewing projects?

Oh this apron isn't as off looking in real life as it look in these pictures :p

:p Don't mind the dirty spare room

That first one is without doubt the cutest apron I have ever seen. I for one would never consider making an apron (why the heck would I need one?! I dont cook or anything) but I would make one that looks like that! ^.^

Wow! The first one is beautiful! I've never seen an apron look like that before. At first I thought it was a really pretty shirt or something but that is the cutest apron ever! Good job! You have talent!

The first one is the best apron ever!  I would wear that all the time.  You might bring back the apron as an accessory with that one.
