In preparation for our housewarming party this weekend, my boyfriend and I did some painting and docoupage on these plain wood shelves in our apartment. I'm really pleased with the way they turned out!

SIMPSONS!

Shelf 1

Shelf 2

Shelf 3

We used Loteria cards for the shelf next to my boyfriend's computer.

Thanks! And yes, I used Modge Podge glossy. I love that stuff.

So find that modge podge glossy works better than the matte?  I recently had my 1st experience with modge podge using the matte formula and I was not impressed...

I prefer glossy over matte. My first experience with Modge Podge was also with matte, and I too was not impressed. Try glossy out, you might like it better.
