I think the fabric is gorgeous.  Smiley  I never see fabric like that here.  I agree that it fits the style of the bag very nicely.

Wow! I must say that fabric actually makes the bag! Don't get me wrong, I love that AB pattern.

What about it are you not sure of? Is it too loud? Too large of a scale?

If you can possibly share where you found this fabric, I believe quite a few of us would be greatly appreciative! Tee hee...

Beautiful purse, I would definitely flaunt that if I were you!

Wow!  I really like that bag.  That fabric is absolutely awesome.  I had always skimmed over that pattern before, but now that I've seen yours, I may have to take another look.

Thanks for all the kind words! I guess after I got the bag put together, I thought the fabric was kind of loud.  I don't usually carry things this colorful Smiley

Also, I made the tote version of the pattern, but I made it two inches shorter, so it is not as deep at the pattern.  This can hold magazines very nicely.

I found the fabric at my local quilt shop.  It called Floragrafix - here's the link to the manufacturer's website:  http://www.inthebeginningfabrics.com/cgi-server/itb/displayfab.cgi?product=florag
