I made this little darling for the OTT 17 swap. She was created without a pattern, using Sugar 'n Cream cotton. She loves her flower pin, but will allow her new mommy to borrow it, as long as she returns it.

Okay, pattern by request! This isn't going to be perfect, because doxiemommy has Leelu, and she lives the entire way across the country from me! And of course, I didn't write anything down, so this is entirely by memory.

h hook
polyfil
tapestry needle
stitch marker
all done in rounds, do not join. mark first stitch of each row, first ch counts as 1 st
ch 2
round 1 - 4 sc in 2nd st from hook
round 2 - 2 sc in each st around (10 sc)
round 3 - *1 sc in next st, 2 sc in next st* around (15 sc)
round 4 - *1 sc in next 2 sts, 2 sc in next st* around (20 sc)
round 5 - *1 sc in next 3 sts, 2 sc in next st* around (25 sc)
round 6 - *1 sc in next 4 sts, 2 sc in next st* around (30 sc)
round 7-12? - sc around (30 sc)
(I think I did that many, it was really just, do a round, look and see if I liked that length)
round 13 - *1 sc in next 4 sts, sc2tog* around (25 sc)
round 14 - *1 sc in next 3 sts, sc2tog* around (20 sc)
round 15 - *1 sc in next 2 sts, sc2tog* around (15 sc)
position eyes (if using safety eyes), then stuff to your heart's desire
round 16 - *1 sc in next st, sc2tog* around (10 sc)
round 17 - *sc2tog* around (5 sc)
sl st around last 5 st, so it's like a drawstring, pull tight
legs - make 8
ch 18
3 sc in 3rd ch from hook
*3 sc in next hook*
rep from * until two sc left
sl st in next 2 sc
fasten off, leaving a long hook for sewing on to body
sew onto body where desired, working opposite, so that your legs are evenly spaced, like this -
