I just had to shout about this - I've been using a range of different coloured velvets on my serger, and it was becoming a pain, as when I went from dark to light, I would end up getting fibers from the dark colours sewn in to the light and it was hard to get rid of. I try to clean it after each use, but there are some areas of the serger I simply couldn't get to and the suck on my vacuum cleaner wouldn't grab the bits, as it couldn't get close enough. Then I found these mini cleaner attachements, I think they are meant for computers and keyboards, and OMG they are brilliant, they get right in there and pick up all the bits in the really hard to reach places. If anyone has the same problem, I would highly recommend finding some of these (I got mine from Betterware here in the UK, but I'm sure they are avaliable elsewhere).

Nice to know! I've seen ads for those and wondered if they were worth it Smiley Thanks
