Hi, I have a bunch of little water bottles and water bottle caps and I wanna melt them into various stuff like jewely, decor, etc. Does anyone know how i get started melting plastic???
**Ps- I know that it is dangerous to freeze and/or melt plastic and i will not come in contact with it (I have a face mask thing and gloves....)**

My partner in the Melting Swap melted bottle caps to make beads (so cool!) http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=196925.msg2144765;topicseen#msg2144765

Maybe you can get her to stop by and give you some tips. Smiley  Her username is christinacoghill.
