They're really cute! Where do you get the materials to do that? I've seen it done on clothes from shops, but i didn't realise you could do it yourself...

I know Jo-Ann Fabrics sells lots of iron-on designs like these.  I found some flock letters and small designs at Wal-mart before, too.

Or you can buy sheets of plain flock and cut out your own designs.  I did a quick search and found these:
