That looks delicious.

And are people really offended by photos of raw meat? I can think of many other things worth taking offense to, a photo of raw meat, not so much.

You are amazing and thank you so much for the details. I've really wanted to cook a really good moist turkey for the hubby but I've never really know where to start.  Cheesy

You're welcome!

When mr.sweets4ever came home and saw it, he said, "You took pictures of this for Craftster, didn't you?" Cheesy  Ahhh...he knows me too well.

LOL, I know I talk about this site all the time to the hubby. I haven't posted any of my stuff but all of you guys are my inspiration to not be lazy  Grin

Oh man, your way of doing turkey looks fantastic.

But  wow, 24 pounds of turkey?  I love turkey, but even I got kind of sick of it after having only an 8lb breast between two people for xmas. What are you going to do with all the leftovers?

Leftovers?  There aren't much.  Hubby is a fitness and weightlifting fanatic, which means lots of food in his belly. Cheesy  The whole bird is almost gone! Sad

I'm going to have to try this method.
Easter is coming and ever since my Mom's deep freezer went out a few days before Easter I've made it for easter dinner.
