Okay so back in December my boyfriend asked me to go to Winter Formal at his school. I had a month to make my dress. It has changed so much from the original sketch {Due to the fact the the fabric kept fraying so I had some major changes to make so it would'nt fall about on me} I'm really happy with how it came out though!

On to the pictures:

Boob Shot to show off the bust:

The straps are macrame, and the shrug thing I'm wearing I wore over it because I'm kinda modest.... It was made from a strip of fabric that my mom had... I just put it on, pinched, pinned and sewed where I wanted the sleeves to be and cut off the excess.

And one last parting shot!:

The contrasting black on the body and bust is fantastic.  Very flattering and elegant and I'm sure that you stood out from the masses of department store dresses that usually show up at school formals!
