Gorgeous!  I don't know why but I appreciate crafts twice as much when they're usable on a daily basis.

i don't want the fumes around the baby, so i am soooo jealous, because i can't do this craft! well, that and it looks fantastic, my first attempts were not!
but we just got a new toaster oven, so i'm hereby claiming the other one for melting in my studio! yeaa for inspiration!
 and you rock, duh!

I'll babysit for a day, if you want to melt! Grin

I've read that a toaster oven totally works.  Post your projects! Smiley

i'll take ya up on the babysitting offer Smiley

Ha!!  I bet! Cheesy

Love this!!!!!! Laissez les bon temps roullez.  Our parades don't even throw the clear kind anymore.  The metallic ones are pretty, but you can't do that with them. WOW!

Amazing! I'm going to have to try one of these for my kitchen lamp. The "shade" on it right now is made out of old math homework and copper wire. Roll Eyes

Cheesy!  I melted the beads in a large, round cake pan.  As soon as I removed them from the oven (still hot and kinda gooey), I flopped the piece over the stock lampshade and molded it before it cooled.

Here's a photo tutorial (be sure to read the second post as well): http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=100703.0
