I have about 6 so far, my mom gets them in the mail and I want to make something out of them, like a belt maybe...any suggestions of uses for them or how I would go about making a belt?

I'm no help for the belt, but I will tell you that they make good guitar picks.

since bewitched mentioned the dress the designer from "priscilla, queen of the desert" wore for the oscars, there's also tiling your pool, like the old american express commercial from the 90s that shows martha stewart doing that.

but then again, i doubt anyone gets or has that many credit cards, except martha stewart.

I was going to mention the Priscilla dress too!

Whatever you do, you might want to paint them (maybe the side with the strip so that it's smaller) to make them a bit more consistant.

I'm thinking maybe a skirt cover with everything linked?

Could you somehow make a purse out of them? Maybe if you have an old fabric purse you don't like somehow sew them on

Credit cards make great tools. Not just for picking locks, but they are also good smoother/scrapers. I have a "Member of the North American Hunting Association" card someone sent me as a joke that I use to apply vinyl letters to walls and such.

What about using them as a base to cover with cardstock or other decorative paper to make small plaques for people?
