...but that's really all I can say without giving it away!

First person to guess what this bracelet says (and how you figured it out) gets to be my valentine! Wink

Any guesses?

That is cute. Is it RNA? Well that is my guess.  Smiley

Okay - here's my shot. Person above said 'RNA'. To me it looks like DNA code, but with the wrong letters. I wiki RNA, and at the bottom of the page it's got some links to RNA databases.

One of which contains some science thingy known as 'kissing loops'

Is it an RNA kissing loop?

I would assume so - I'm actually not that up on science geekery. Grin This bracelet is modeled after this one: http://www.craftlog.org/craftlog/archives/002400.html, which according to her/him it's a DNA name bracelet.

It's supposed to be an ID bracelet of sorts.

It's got U instead of T, certainly an RNA if it is any kind of nucleic acid.

I tried translating it to an amino acid sequence, but that didn't give me anything unusual that I could recognize unless the shorthand is the name KAYLA.

I'm glad you're a bio-geek, because you just cleared things up for me. Cheesy

Yes, it is supposed to spell out my name...and I'm glad I now know it's RNA instead of DNA since I wouldn't want to show it to a Chem or Bio major here at school and have them make me feel stupid. Wink

This is so cool. I'm totally going to make one as soon as I find what I did with those letter beads I have.
