I have been working on things for swaps lately so I can't post my pics right now!!!
I hope to make some bunny necklaces for Collin's class this week - I am going to use a free design off of sewforum for it - my friend Joleen did a great job designing it - I can't wait to make up 10 of them!
I am thinking of using fleece for them since I seem to have an abundance of fleece right now for some reason - or I might use corduroy since you guys know how much I love that stuff!!

But I was curious to see what everyone has been working on!

what a good question!

Well tonight i'm going to embroider some designs onto felt in the hope of making them into brooches! So far I've only got a peg design ready to go but bit worried it doesn't obviously look like a peg ahh the worries of littleclouds so simple!

Your bunny necklaces sounds very interesting, how will they be made in terms of it becoming a necklace? I had some ideas to make jewellery out of fabric sewn, embroidered & possibly screenprinted but found it difficult to work on stuff thats really small & intricate & how do you stop it fraying?! thats why I'm playing around with felt instead as it doesn't fray  Cheesy

I'm going to put a little ribbon loop on the top of them so that a longer ribbon can be put through it to make the necklace.  I am hoping to get started on them this weekend - I am planning on doing some sewing on Saturday so I will fire up the machine and get working on the bunny necklaces.  I think the kids are just going to adore them!
I'll post pics as soon as I get them all done up
