my mum was throwing a load of stuff out of her loft just as minime was getting to need a bed rathe than a cot. mum had a headboard and footboard, my hubby had the skills to re-form it into a bed which should fit her until she's about 5 or 6. originally, the size was a necessity as her room was teenytiny, but now she's got a bigger room due to a house move and it is still great as it means she's more room to play. I was incredibly proud of my mr when he made this.

I don't have a pic of her new room with everything in it!!!
I've also made her some cute bed covers and bought her a duvet from ikea which is just the right size for the bed... but again, no pics yet.
