Here are the projects I slaved over for the past week or so (valentines day kinda snuck up on me this year  Wink):

first, a pair of pajama pants, since my fiance's last pair got ruined.  i used some boring pajama pattern that i had a devil of a time with (but it's my first FO from a pattern!  woo!) and some clearance fabric from joann's.

next, a pair of Aunt Maggie's Slippers, the pattern for which i found on ravelry.  my first knitting FO was a pair of slippers for my fiance, and they've long since fallen apart, so i thought he deserved some new ones Smiley  they're kinda funky looking, with the ribbing in the toes, but i think they'll work.

then, some chocolate bars using the templates that ljc posted someplace in this section...

and the piece de resistance: the card.  i modeled it after some of the other "things that go together" projects around, and added some others...

a close up:

and with the envelope:

here's the wrapped goodie box:

we won't be exchanging gifts til friday...  do you think he'll like his package?

good god they ARE comfy.  i'm in the process of making some for myself, though i screwed them up a bit and have to go back and rip off the waistband.  argh.

i forgot to say that i also put in a mixed cd and a box of those heart shaped junior mints.  Smiley

Yes, he'll  love it! I have never met a guy who didn't love a comfy pair of pj pants- and the candy and card are super sweet/cute ideas.

The candy bars came out really cute and I love that you included Wash and Zoe in the list of things that go together (I started calling my fiance Lamby-Toes after he got me hooked on Firefly.)
