Smiley Did this for a presentation in school. decided to make a tutorial here ^_^

ta-da! this is the pillow we are going to make. so let's get started! (the description of the photo will be above the image)

Get some materials!
red fabric, stuffing, a heart pattern (which you can do the elementary school valentines day card by folding whatever in half and drawing half of a heart), lace, a marker, thread, sewing machine, and measuring tape.

Put the pattern on some folded fabric trace and cut

Make sure you have two heart shapes

Now measure the perimeter of the heart, and measure the amount of lace you need, allowing one in seam allowance.

pin the lace to one of the heart shapes and sew

pin the other heart shape and sew again (you can put both the lace and the heart shape in one step, but i do it separately so i won't have any problems with the lace bunching up) During this step you can sew the lace together at the ends as well. MAKE SURE YOU LEAVE AN OPENING! you need to put it inside out somehow =)

go inside out and stuff it

Hand Sew the hole with matching thread

and you are done!! ^_^ enjoy!
