I received from jarheadwed today! I love everything. Your crafting skills are far superior to my own! I hope you like what I made you.....

I received:

-a bix for all the letters we send to each other with awesome army seal chocolates inside
- a "voodo" doll of a soldier with places where I can stick pins in to make him write, call, think of, miss, and love me.....and if he makes me mad,  I will just stick all the pins inthe crotch (kidding!)
- an silkscreened thshirt of soldiers with guns.....big guns, lol.
- a altiod-tin photo album for my sweetie for pictures of his favorite girl...me!

Here are pics:

Awesome stuff!!!  Grin  Love the shirt and the box is a great idea!

(I recently went to kinkos and got all the letters my soldier and I wrote while he was in basic... it's GIANT!  Bigger than any of my college textbooks!  I'll have to post pictures. Smiley )

ETA: If no one minds, I'm planning on doing everyone's feedback at the same time, just to make it simpler.  If you need it sooner, let me know!

ETA2: Here are the pictures of what I got!  Jktormala is WONDERFUL!!

First, what I really wanted- an ACU purseGrin Grin I have such a hard time finding purses I like, but I absolutely love this one... I've been proudly carrying it around school and work since it arrived!

She also made us his and her ACU walletsGrin (Although I actually ended up keeping both of them... I have a lot of cards to fill them with!  Cheesy )

But wait, there's more!  Grin
A patriotic photo album -the other side is red- and two terrific picture frames!  (I found a yellow ribbon bow inthe box that I assume belongs to one of these...but they look good without anyway!)

Thanks again, Jktormala; you're a wonderful swapper!  Smiley

I received too!

I got a really cute outfit to wear for when DH gets home from Iraq, a ACU tote bag with cute orange ricrac (oh ricrac, how I love thee) which will be good for trips to the PX, a dream catcher to keep my dreams of him safe, a photo album for pics of my handsome devil dog, and a little wristband, which I can wear when I go on my daily walk around base! Thank you very much, your sewing skills are better than mine by far! I love it all, you did a great job!

The pics are a little blurry, sorry!

Just wanted to show you all the before & after pictures of one of the picture frames.  I was walking around Hobby Lobby looking for CHEAP fun stuff to play with for crafts!  And I found one!  I was so excited...these picture frames were like 90% off and was only a couple dollars...so I figured I'd get it.  They were kind of ugly, but cool to paint and I figured I'd send one to my swap partner Smiley

Hope everyone is doing well! Smiley
