Girly Nintendo DS lite carry case slightly image fat

So after a few weeks of my daughter carrying her other case I made her, http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=223235.msg2411843#msg2411843 she determined she had complaints, so this weekend I took time to do a complete re-design.  She'll be getting one of these babies for her valentine's day gift from me.  She's seen it, and has no clue she's getting one, and has been walking around pouting that she 'took the first one'  LOL 

So in the new design I completely removed the zipper and changed the overall style of the bag, giving it a shoulder strap so she doesn't have to grip to carry it, and added an exterior pocket for carrying a notebook (or a lipgloss or wallet)  And there are fold down flaps for storing extra games (total of 12, 8 DS type games & 4 advance games)

I love this design even more than the last and am now saving to get myself a DS (I'm dying for a little red one lol!)

lol....I just saw this on etsy, and decided to come over here and stalk you---haha.
I love this case!  The piping is such a sophisticated touch.  You've definately inspired me to go sit down right now and make myself a better case.  I love the little pocket on the back---for the game manual!  And I def. like the velcro aspect.  While zippers are nice, I can't imagine putting one in such a small case being easy.

If you don't mind me asking, what is your case padded with?

i LOVE these! great job! its too bad my little ds freak is a 9 year old boy. if i had time, i'd play with it just so i could have one of these fab cases.

LOL my little boy is bugging me about one now too I have a little more trouble making one for him since I bought him one of those hard cases a while back but chances are he'll end up with one too lol , but it'll require another redesign I think this design might be too 'purse like' even if it was done in other fabrics lol

Very cute! I have a pink NERF cover on my pink DS. I would gladly take it off for a cute carrying case though.

LOVE them, although I have absolutely no use for a DS case, it would maks a great case for my mini me camera thats always attached to my hip anyway~~~

OMG so cute!  It looks very professional, and I'd never guess it was a DS case.
