It's been sitting on our porch for over a year. My future MIL left it there and now she says she wants me to do something with it or get rid of it. I don't know anything about it..

Looks similar to the Leclerc loom on this page.  Here is a link to a much bigger but similar set up. http://www.woolery.com/Pages/leclerclmfr.html#nilusII

It is a four harness floor loom.  Does it have a name plate on it and does it have six pedals underneath?  Looks like it has metal heddles that may be rusted if it has set outside.  The levers on top raise and lower the harnesses.  It has the apron in front and looks in ok condition.  I can't see if it has the metal reed in place.  It could be fixed up and used again.  Still a lot of life in the old gal.
