Hi everyone!  After my success with knitting the octopus (http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=216458.msg2327505#msg2327505), I thought I would knit Hansi Singh's squid.  Here she is:

The pattern can be found here: http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5162135

I think it is so cute, though I think squids are scary!

My 4 y/o nephew would LOVE this. I am making the 4 little ones in my family different monkeys as (very late) christmas gifts. When I told him that his would be made last, he said "no QB, I want a squid so he can play "pirates-the-cara-the-be-yan" (pirates of the carribean for those of you who do not speak Colie-Olie). I will have to see if I can find a similar pattern.  Shocked

I never, ever in my wildest dreams ever thought that I would think that a squid was cute....until now.  I'd pinch his/her cheeks, if it had any Grin  Great job!
