Wow! Bugaboo1, Holliewood made you an awesome tin! The chocolates on the top look good enough to eat. And I love the stitch markers and the coffee bean bracelet. Now I have a craving for coffee…and chocolate…mmmmmm…

ATeaPartyScandal, your tin is adorable! Those elephants are very cute, and I really like the appliqué on the inside cover. And, all of the trinkets inside are fantastic. Lots of crafty possibilities!

I had to re-think my tin. An item I would have sworn I owned is not actually in my possession…but something very similar is. Alas, not similar enough. So, I’m taking the outside of my tin in a whole new direction. I hope I can pull it off, and I hope that what I made will fit in (the tin is a different shape, now).

My tin is finished and loaded up. I just need to get a padded envelope to mail it in. And, I don't usually gush over my own items, but I just LOVE how my tin came out!! Totally not what I was going for originally, but the revised version came out exactly like I pictured it.

And, I suffered a non-craft-induced injury to my finger, and it seriously hindered my crafting. Fortunately, I had everything that would fit into the tin already finished!

And, I enjoyed working on my tin so much, I'll definitely be doing more tin altering in the future!

I received from Tanzie today! She combined themes: Tropical, Pink, Alcohol

The beer caps have magnets on the back that will go on my garage alcohol fridge.

There is also something else but I guess I should give a little story to it. Here is my condensed story: My father committed suicide 5yrs ago. I couldn't make it to FL for funeral. His family is evil. I wasn't allowed to have any of his ashes. I always wanted to have a seashell handpicked off of a beach in FL to use as my urn/memory/representation of him to have on my mantle. Since Tanzie is in FL I told her my whole story and asked her if she could help me out. Instead of a single shell, she sent me a treasure chest full of shells. This is beyond anything I could have imagined. It's already on my fireplace mantle and already makes me think of my dad when I see it there. Tanzie single handedly changed my life and gave me some peace. There aren't enough words to express my thanks. I wish I could hug you Tanzie!!!

There was tape on the top in that picture but I got it off. (She used a whole freaking roll of tape to close my package!!)

I looooved everything. Thank you sooo much Susan.

so glad you liked everything. i had a fun time crafting for you! it's funny, i don't think we could have had any more opposite tastes, but i loved the challenge and am happy with the results! i also have to give credit where credit is due. the ring is made by a fellow craftster, lindsayluu and the lariet by laughinglark. i knew they would be perfect for you. now to wait patiently for my tin!

Wow.  All the tins are looking great!  I received from MissNoemi today.  She picked my birds/owls theme.

First the tin, it's a little brighter, but the flash just reflected off of the tin and washed out the picture.

The goodies:  an owl stuffie, a quilled owl, paper crane earrings, marble bird magnets, and a hummingbird bracelet.

Thanks again MissNoemi!!

Cool tins
I think we should all join in and combine a little pink tropical alcohol!

The owl tin is great as well and the origami ear rings are really great. I can't even fold it at the standard size!
