I made these from a tutorial on About Orange. All you do is take the .5 inch buttons, remove the loops on the back, cover the buttons with fabric, then glue a thumbtack to the back. Supereasy and lots of fun to make!

Thanks for lookin'!

I love these, I've seen the tutorial and have always wanted to try. It looks easy but I have never really been a fan of glue, so sticky on my fingers :/ These look beautuful though. I love the little scrap fabrics you used, especially the one with pink flowers and blue leaves in the first picture.

Verdict: Very cute!!!

Hey Fiber People: I am very interested in personal swaps for painted/dyed roving or top. I can swap supplies or crafted items. Let's talk!

Oh, thank goodness.  You really cleared something up for me.  I was trying to make them without backs, and letting them sit in the little plastic dealy 'til the glue dried.  At that rate, I can make one thumbtack every 24 hours.  This will really speed things up for me.   Cheesy  [Oh my god, duh, I'm an idiot]

These are really cute! The fabrics are adorable! I might have to try this because they do sound easy.
