Each person may only spend $10 on materials. Supplies that you already have are acceptable.

Just to clarify: So the supplies that we already have count as part of the $10?  Like if I use fabric I have lying around, would that use up a part of the $10?

Supplies you already have, unless they are black or white thread, or printouts from the computer, need to be counted. Find a similar product online, estimate your yardage, and get the price. I thought about that, but at some time you did pay for it, so it's not exactly free.

so if we already have stuff, we need to figure out how much it would cost and add that to or in addition to the $10 from a store? I'm confused.  Also, how would we record it?

If you already have stuff, figure out its retail value, and subtract it from your $10. If you got it from a thrift store, try to remember how much it cost, or estimate. Just write it down and send it with your package to record it. We'll believe you. Smiley

I also think cardboard should be free, like if you stole it off a box you got in the mail from Amazon or something.

My crafts for Erin are about ready to go, they'll be in the mail by the end of the week.

Okay, people who are sending me dollars through Paypal, the dollars may bounce back into your account. I recently switched to a joint account with my husband and he already has a Paypal account, so it's not letting me use that bank account as mine on Paypal. So I'm not "verified". I think I have 30 days to fix it, and we're going to try to open a savings account and use that. Just a heads up.
