I still love this idea!  My husband would never give me something like this, so if any of you would like to next year... Grin

I made him a turkey and a cake -- two of his favorite things. Cheesy

I saw this just in time to call my son and tell him about it. He finished this with just moments to spare while he was at work. He managed to get it all wrapped up and given to his wife on their first Valentine's day as married people.  Smiley

Her whole family thinks it was the most romantic thing they'd ever seen. Now if we can just manage to keep his little brother's mouth shut about the last minute-ness of it....

This is a wonderful idea. I will start making a list of the reasons why I love my faraway Grandson for his birthday.  I just LOVE this idea.
Thanks so much.  I hit "rocks".

my bf of almost 5 yrs really liked it. i am happy he appreciates these kinds of things. sometimes i think he might be more sentimental than i am. he noticed how the reasons are more humorous at first and then gets more lovey dovey. i showed him its because the hearts deck is last and he thought it was clever.

i used computer labels to do all of it. i also printed out pictures of us onto the labels to stick on the other side of the cards.

thank you very much for the idea!
you have also tempted me to buy a xyron machine, and i just might unless i figure out something better to buy with a 50% coupon from JoAnn.

All of these are so fun...I'm thinking of doing one for my "poker loving" guy for Daddy's Day!

This is such a great idea. Today is my 1 year wedding anniversary. Grin I just wish I had the forethought to do something like this. But it's so hard to do crafty gifts when the DH is always trying to look over my shoulder at the newest crazy idea.

We can't wait to meet our baby boy, due in September!
