I'm still getting the hang of making plushies.  I made a few for my god-children from Christmas, but forgot to take pictures.  This one I made one for a former professor of mine who just had a baby girl.  She didn't know whether she was going to have a boy or a girl at the time I gave her this, so I made something that was gender neutral.  And not to mention you can never go wrong with a teddy bear.

I had alot of the brown felt left over from my Ferret Monster bed tutorial So I put it too good use.

Right now I am on this kick of using brown and orange, really like how the colors go together, and I really like this orange yarn I picked up a few weeks ago.

I embroider this diamond on the back of bear to use as my signature as a sort.

It's wonderfully cute and simple. Almost looks like Mr. Bean's bear!

It totally does look like Mr. Bean's bear. LOL I loved that show when I was a kid.  I love cute and simple toys for children and since this was intended for a baby I figure simple was the way to go.

It is quite Mr. Bean-like, which makes it even better! This is very very cute, I love the little vest/jacket. And you're right, you can never go wrong with a teddy bear (though I think you might be missing the word 'never' in your title  Wink)

Haha you're right, I did forget to write never in the title, I didn't notice it when I posted.
