 Grin Hi!
about a year ago i made a pair of decoupaged shoes (http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=150098.msg1487518#msg1487518) and then i thought to decoupage some bangles too, but you know, i satrted to do other things and i forgot the project. I was searching some old pics the other day and i found my cutted mags and the bangles...so here is the first i made, im planning to do more^^. It has an ad as background, acrilic paint, clown faces from a comic (the author is Carlos Areces, a very polifacetic man), and the word "magic" is from a tattoo mag, i covered it with 2 kinds of different glitter, but i wasnt able to capture the effect with my camera Undecided anyway hope you like it!

and, of course, action shot^^

thanks for looking and have a great day!

thanks!!!! Grin Grin Grin
StarHawk2003 thanks, its so easy to do that i can tell you now, its just a plastic bangle wich i covered with cuts from mags, i glued them to the bangle with glue (the white regular one, dont know how do you call it in english), i painted it with acrilics (the yellow and brown areas) and i glued the glitter with the same glue, let it dry, and then i sealed it with acrilic matte varnish^^

Miffy_is_great, kaleesi, MelCap and kuLaygirl thanks a lot^^ youre a sweet!

I have a whole bunch of fliers advertising a series of concerts (but all the fliers are the same), does anyone want them?

hmm, that's the nicest bangle i've seen in quite some time.  that seems a very appropriate way to display artwork, something i just wouldn't think of on my own for some reason.
