I need a gift idea for my HALO fan husband~

Okay...so the last time I was into a game console, it was a Super Nintendo! Don't laugh Yoshi and Wario are AWESOME! Well anywho..my husband is a HALO fanatic. I told him about some halo cookies I saw here on crafter, and he was probably more excited than the people who actually ate the cookies!

Soooo I've come up with a few Valentine's DAy ideas, and I was wondering if you guys could help me think of anything HALO specific...Keep in mind that althogh I'm an excellent crafter, I wouldn't know anything about HALO if it bit me in the..ya know.

How about a stencil of master chief (the main guy) for his game console?  A stenciled T, magnets, etc. too. 

My husband is a fan of BioShock game, and I watched over his shoulder one night (that game is creeeepy!).  I noticed some cool signs hanging on the walls in the game and made a few of them (you can search online for misc. screenshots!)... he loved that I did something just for him from what he loves - good luck!!

Bioshock is a very, very creepy game. I agree.

You could try making a Master Chief plushie that he could display in his game room - someone on here made one, I think. You could search for it...or if I'm wrong and it's not here AND you're interested, PM me and I'll send you the link. I think I saved it, but it's buried in my list of things I need to make.

there is really only one logical answer to this question, and that would be to find out his player name/i.d., then knit him a helmet that straps under his chin with his name/i.d. embroidered on the front of the knitted helmet. of course you'll need tor research helmet color etc, but i think he'd be very pleased, cheers

Well, actually, there are plenty of logical answers to this question, although yours is a good one as well...but I can't help but think it would be rather difficult to find (or draft) a pattern for a Spartan helmet and knit it all up by the 14th since it is less than a week away. Still, though, if you try to undertake it, envyus, I'd love to see the end result.

i love this post- i'm almost done with a master chief amigurumi for my boyfriend.  i figured that if he gets mad at another player, he can chuck his master chief at the tv without doing any harm.

I made my halo obsessed boyfriend a master chief plushie out of felt. (He looks a lot better than this, irl! and I apologize for the huge pictures!!!)

He took a long time, but he was totally worth it. He loved it.

I also made him a few halo shirts, and an energy sword plushie.

Another thing that you could do, is take a plain picture frame, and glue pictures of Master Chief all over them
Like I did with Batman here...

Here, this might help inspire you. It's a link to the UNSC logo. Or rather the UNSCDF logo- just remove the last two letters. It stands for UN space corps. Sorry about the DF (defense forces) but this is a much clearer logo than elsewhere.

Putting this on just about anything desert tan to olive drab would probably make his Valentine's day. On Bungie's website, I could only find a water bottle and a hat with the UNSC logo. Here's the hat, for reference:
