I got an agenda book from school with the binding and stuff and I took it apart and ripped off the cover and painted it with acrylic paint and put pics of the Jonas Brothers throughout the page. I put Puzzle Saver on it and then a thick layer of glue, and now it's kinda sticky. It's not that bad, but is there a way to make it less sticky?

I would try a clear acrylic sealant spray.
