Very creative.  I never would have thought to do something like that.  So much to learn.  I'm leaning toward binding, but either way will be just too darn cute.  Awesome job!

 Cheesy For that reason alone, I am going with the lettuce edge!!! (Actually, it's because *sniff* *sniff*  there's not enough binding!! Seven inches short! gah! But I absolutely love word plays and puns, so I will definitely go with lettuce edge!)

Making a run to the fabric store this afternoon to hopefully find some lime green serger thread. 

Thanks so much for the nice comments. I'd love to see other blankie dresses!

I really love this idea! The fabric combo becomes a no brainer which would be good for me because that is an area I seem to have trouble making decisions about Roll Eyes!
