A jellyfish!

I made him for a friend of mine who was moving away, and happens to be terrified of jellies. I wanted to show him not all of them are gross and evil. Smiley

I used a couple different styles on the tentacles to make them all different lengths and shapes.

I love how big and puffy he is!  I also think the button? eyes are cool looking.  I probably would have not thought twice and just used black safety eyes, but I love what you did because the eyes look so buggy and they just seem more jelly-fishy than what I would have done (I know they don't have eyes like this in real life, but it just looks good on a stuffie!).

One thing I like a lot about people posting these great pictures of their finished work is that it's a neat place to pick up good ideas.  If I crochet a cephalopod, I'll know what kind of eyes to use!

I love how big and puffy he is!  I also think the button? eyes are cool looking.

They're actually a type of seed from South America that I stole from the boy and dremmeled some holes in. I originally wanted huge shiny button eyes, but didn't have any handy.

In the end, I think I like the seeds more. Smiley

Thanks everyone for thinking he's so cute. Cheesy The tentacles were an experiment. I'm happy everyone likes them.
