shirt design for preschool need ideas

Hi we are designing our own "uniforms" for the preschool I work at. The front has to have the name and lutheran cross but the back can have whatever we want. I'm trying to brain storm and come up with a cute quote about teachers and students as well as a cute design. I'm at a loss so far on the quote and the only design I think think of are little handprints surrounding a quote. Can I pick your brains for some other ideas please!!! THANKS SO MUCH!

I did a job for a preschool and had the kids sign their name on a piece of paper (the whole class)  then made a screen of it and printed it on the back.  It was cute seeing their little kids writing on the shirt.
