Well I thought I was going to be able to check off a project for my home improvement goal but the shelving unit proved to be to heavy and fell off the wall  Cry luckily I hadn't loaded anything on it yet.

Here are the photos of my swap goodies, at long last! The resolutions uknowuluvit crafted for (I'm presuming. Unfortunately the package was opened in the post and the note got lost Sad) were 1) exercise more, 2) try a new craft and 3) overcome my fear of circular needles.

On to the crafts!

She made me a hair band for exercising, sent me some fimo to try a new craft and also made me an ingenious circular needle holder.

Close-up of the holder:

Thanks uknowuluvit!

PS I have photos of the other things I made you if you need me to post them.

Such great packages!  I guess I can go ahead and post what I sent to dyingtolive.  I know she received, but I haven't head from her in weeks, so I don't know if she liked it or not.   Cry

Anyway, here's what I sent her.

Resolution 1, lose weight/eat healthy.  She also wanted to try new recipes on her list of 101 things in 1001 days.  She is doing weight watchers so I make her a recipe box with cute little stamped cards, and I added some weight watchers recipes with point counts.

I also made her a covered journal for her goal of writing more, or for a food journal:

Resolution 2, Go green.  I made her two cloth shopping totes:

Resolution 3, Complete more goals from her list of 101 things in 1001 days.
I made a huge notebook for her with a checklist for each group of goals and special pages with room for lists and writing and facts and things to help her achieve her goals.  This thing took forever, lol.

and the group shot:

I do hope she liked everything.  She hasn't ever flaked on a swap before and she hasn't logged on here or vox in a long time, so I'm afraid something happened.  Hopefully she is ok, though.  As soon as dazee sends I will be finding a swap angel for her.  (We three did a chain swap since we had an odd number)
