We call it the Mongolian Princess Vest ... made of two layers of fleece and fastened with a frog clasp. I planned to add something silly around the bottom but she took it and wore it as is and we fell in love with it that way. We love the fleece and wish we had more. Am working on some Mongolian princess slippers as well ...
