Wow, girlosun, that capelet is beautiful! I'm always in awe of people who can complete wearable crochet and knit projects in less than a year...    Smiley

frosty772 sent me an awesome half apron. I'm sorry that I only have this super crappy picture of it! Let me tell you, though, that the design is perfect. It's the perfect size, and the pleating around the waist is just feminine enough to make me feel like Laura Petri (but not as over the top as Lucille Ball). This morning I even felt housewifely enough to make a pancake breakfast for the first time ever (I've made them before... just never for breakfast).

Thank you ever so much, frosty772!!!

Thanks for all the compliments.  I am slightly embarrassed as I am a wee bit introverted and have a difficult time taking compliments, but thanks for them  Embarrassed  Embarrassed I saw the capelet on animegirlies wist and knew I could do it in a couple of days (as it was school vaca) during the little one's naps and at night so I just did it.  I haven't done anything bigger then a hat in a while so there was a great deal of satisfaction from completing the project and then shipping it off!

Quilted claimed me for a embroidered rainbow tee for Lana and she delivered that and so much more.  She made me 2 wonderful tees....a rainbow one and a little alien one.  Isn't he the cutest?!!  Smiley

And an action shot!!

Lana couldn't wait to wear her rainbow tee out on Saturday.  She loves it!! and that made me sooo happy!!!   Lana already wants me to get it washed so that she can wear it again.  Smiley  Thank you so much Quilted !!

And......

Dulcinea claimed me for Koolaid, Amigurumi eyes/noses, and a surprise and boy did she spoil me.  I got tons of blue and green Koolaid as modelled by Lana who insisted on being in the picture and wonderful safety eyes and noses of all sorts.  Now I have enough eyes/noses to last a lifetime!!  And I can't wait to play with the Koolaid!!  Yay!!  Also notice the tons of stamps that she used on my box!!

And finally a pic of my surprise....a bracelet made from a knitting needle.  How cool is that!!

Thank you Dulcinea!!!  As usual YOU ROCK!!!!!

Thank you Sunspotted for running such a fun swap!!

YAY!!  I'm glad the box got there - it was too funny putting all those stamps on the box - good thing they know me at the post office!

oh and I forgot to mention earlier - I received some yummy yummy soap and lip balm from dulcinea as well - smells really good!

but alas - camera cord cannot be found...

And I'm glad I got your note - the chocolate does look and smell EXACTLY like fudge.
