I know I'm not a part of the swap... But I saw the last post card when looking at the "recent with pics".  My friends and I all felt the same way! We took all of our extra clothes, clothes that didn't fit anymore, clothes we didn't want and had a clothes swap. Which is exactly how it sounds. Anything that a friend doesn't take, gets donated.

(Just a good way to clean out a closet or two =D)

I wish I could say I had too many clothes, I hate shopping for clothes for me with a passion, Im not lying when I say I own 2 pairs of jeans and 8 t-shirts. I also own like 5 pairs of jammy pants because thats what I live in (yeah for being a sahm bum!! lol)

and on a completely unrelated note my 10 month old has learned to say WOOOW which she has been saying all day its too cute!

Looking into my closet, I probably don't wear half of it. But I love buying clothes too! I've stopped somewhat now, because I've been spending my money on yarn and beads though. 

Just like you can buy clothes and never wear it, you can buy yarn and not use it! Thats what I do  Its awful really!

I know, I have a basketful, and a big Kohl's bag here up at school that's full, and then I have random skeins tossed around my room at home. And over spring break I just bought some more. Some of it was for another swap, but some of it was because I didn't have that color, and it was cheap. I got almost a pound of goldenrod for $3! And then I also have 4 containers with every section filled with beads. I think I need to make an Etsy so that I'll actually make some stuff to get rid of. I have a bag that has lots of earrings it it. I just make them, but I don't need a million pairs of earrings to wear!

I over buy just about everything, it seems!  I just got rid of some yarn and clothes, but trust me, there is plenty more where that came from.  The clothes--too small but I am determined to get back into them--I mean come on, i have over 20 pair of jeans! (i used to work at the gap)

Sadly, I don't think I am going to get more cards, but I sure hope the rest of mine make it.  I spent plenty on postage sending them out.

I do that with books!

I think books are my downfall, and why my bank account is so low.  But, I do read the books that I accumulate, and then I share them, so it's not like they're just sitting on the shelf never having been read.

Yup.  It's a horrible feeling.  My ex-husband was that way.

I can totally relate to this one. I always seem to buy clothes that I "kinda" like, and NEVER wear them. I get so used to wearing my favorites, that I never can wear anything else. I also seem to near wear any of the clothes that I make myself...

though, I did find Bookmooch so now I mainly have lots of 2nd hand books, which makes me feel much less guilty (and gives me more cash for yarn!  )
