That's was a really awesome package.  I was thinking along the same lines with the "info" holder but strayed from the idea.  Maybe somebody else will get it in another swap.

Good job to the first timer!

YAY! I am so glad you liked everything!  It was tons of fun to put together.

The pillow was actually made from an old jumper.  It was just begging to be reconned into something, and the fabric just felt so snuggly to me.  Your photography makes my passport holder look not terrible!  Hooray! Wink

I'll be posting pics of my package most likely tonight.  My boy just left town and I'm a bit sad so I might need a project to pick me up.

Ok, first off, my post office guy is slow in the brain, because I sent like forever ago in a flat rate box and he said it would get there in 2-3 days and it cost like $5.  At the time I was mailing a bunch of stuff, so I didn't have time to explain why a rate is different than the price of the envelope, but the way I figure it should at least be delivered by now.  He's totally pocketing the change.

But on a ** brighter ** note  Grin  Grin  Grin,

I got my package today!  I got a neat blanket made from soft fleece tied on the edges, two little cross stitch kits, and an eye mask.  As a special treat, I asked her to make me some stitch markers because I saw the pretty ones she sells on etsy, and she did!  They are so so pretty, I love the colors and how delicate they are! Perfect!

Thanks uknowuluvit for the awesome package, and thanks SevsOnlyGirl for organizing!

That was awfully nice of your partner to add in the stitch markers!  Everyone is getting such lovely packages.  I hope ours don't take too long - coming and going from Spain/US.

My package to asocialcelebrity should arrive this or next week... I just had to take the air mail, I couldn't have waited for longer than that!

Woohoo I received!

Here's the whole thing:

She spoiled me with not only one, but FOUR magazines! Two craft magazines and two comics - I love them all! I can't buy these in Finland  (and to be honest, all the Finnish craft magazines are booooring) so I like these much more!

She made me her first roll!

I filled it with my stuff (I don't have many crochet hooks so I used knitting needles). It's very roomy and fits also my thickest needles. And I love that ornament fabric, just my favourite colours!

And then my favourite, a pouch with the cutest bear fabric and flower button ever!

This is also very roomy!

(Btw, the pics can be viewed larger when you click them.)

Thanks asocialcelebrity for everything! You did a great job in your first swap! Smiley
