OOooops! I started a new thread without reading this one first. Sorry to duplicate!!!

If you're like me, you make Valentine's for your parents, grandparents, friends as well as your guy. So I need some ideas as I like to make them all different.

I made this one for my grandparents. On the card,  I masked a heart shape and stamped over it with a light pink floral rubber stamp. Then I pulled the mask off and outlined it with tacky glue and poured on the glitter.

On the envelope, I stamped one side completely with the same floral mask. Then  I used the negative from the heart mask, and glued it on the envelope, outlined with glue then drizzled on the glitter.

Not sure if this would get through out postal system with the glitter on the outside too. I'm planning to put the envelope on a box of chocolates and wrap it in Kraft paper. That way it will get through for sure.

I know this is a little traditional for crafster, but it's for my grandparents who are in their 90's. I wanted something low-key and recognizable. Especially as Granddad has early stage Alzheimer's and I want to keep things simple for him.

OK.... now let's see everyone's Valentines... traditional, wild, sexy, subtle, cool, cruel (?), fun, romantic....

No digital camera means no pics, but I LOVE corny cards:

Last year's - I got the sticky-backed felt for my cards & cut out hearts - "Heart felt wishes for a happy Valentine's Day"

This year's - cut a window in the card and used some wire mesh - "Valentine, we mesh well together"
