Brochures for Rome, Georgia and the funniest, yet nerdiest comic strip ever on a magnet! If you cant read what it says, it says "why? why is it so hard to find someone who is straightforward and easy to read?" "because very few people come in helvetica"

i loled my bum off at this one. but it's sooo true. that's one of the reasions people love the type face, though it's over used i would think. anyways now you have me really wanting that magnet. *puppy dog eyes* lucky

I just got my fantastic second package from Auntiem!!!

Ok, the whole loot:

I love the brown and blue fabric.  There is a zippered pouch (next to an egg plant that I really wanted), a crochet hook roll (I am just learning to crochet, so I put in a crochet hook with my first foray into crocheting), and a craft organizer.

I hope to eventually get a sewing machine (like I need to learn more crafts, but I am so envious of all the people that sew), so now I have a sewing pattern and next to it there is an adorable little chick that you hold in your hand and it starts peeping.  So cute.

A cute frog stamp, sewing needles, and wire (that will likely be used for beading).  You can see a little bit of the zipper she included (though better picture in group shot) and some of the items came in plastic eggs leftover from Easter.

Thank you so much Auntiem, I love everything.

I'm so glad you like the fabric - I was nervous about that. Wow you are fast with the picture posting too.

I love my digital camera.  Definitely no need to be nervous about the fabric. Smiley

Love the organizer. Are those film containers? Is that your original pattern or did you find it someplace. What a really, really nifty idea!!!

It is a McCalls pattern. It is one of those patterns that seems simple, but is really fussy so be forwarned that it is kind of a PITA. It is one of those things that I'll happily make for someone, but won't for myself. And yup - film containers they seem to mate in the junk drawer. In my state film containers in your car are "probable cause" for a search so I make sure they aren't left in the car.
