I just got my 2nd package from emilee_bee!

The letter, quilt directions, and JoAnn's cupon

And....

A JoAnn's gift card (to go with the cupon to get a cutting board which I desperately need)
A rolling blade for cutting in straight lines with less effort
And quilting tape, thread, and material in my favorite color combinations!
She also sent a great little picture book that fits nicely in my purse

Thank you for a great second package emilee_bee!  It'll keep me busy during spring break.

Okay, so I got part one of my second package! Yay! It was just there leaning against my door when I got home, all cylindrical and lovely and package-y. Yeah. Well, pictures!

Here is the whole package. It's a learn-to-spin kit! Oh, my!

There is a spindle, a bunch of wool batting, and some small samples, two hand-spun yarns, and two little bits of fiber, so lovely and sparkly and just so soft.  I adore them. I shall probably just keep them, take them out every so often to rub against my cheek. (btw, I love this site, because I can say something like that, and not get any weird looks. Like how the boy looked at me today when I showed him a picture of a Blythe doll.)

The spindle is so pretty and green. Here is a picture of the top of it:

Thank you so so much, LizzieMcguire! I can't wait to see what else you're sending(Gosh, that sounds greedy!) And I hope you like your (as yet unsent) package.

Amber.

P.S. As of writing this, I have several yards of rather lumpy, kind of odd-looking 'yarn' on the spindle! Pictures soon to come.

I'm sorry, Magentasunshine, did you say you DON'T have peanut butter in Brazil? Like at ALL?! I think my body composition is 3/4 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups!

yeah, it's right. a few years ago a friend brought from the us lots of peanut butter and i got addicted, but they don't make it here, or import. it's terrible. i love it Sad((

All of the kits are so great! As for kinder eggs you can get them pretty easy in Canada. My personal favorite is the Kinder Bueno bar that has been slightly chilled, yummy! I hope my partner receives her 2nd package soon.
