Hi everyone.  I'm kind of a newbie and I've never knitted anything in my life other than a dishcloth.  For my Goddaughter's 1st birthday I thought I'd be ambitious and make her a toy.  So here's Gimpy the sheep (he has a bum leg) from Fibertrend's felted sheep pattern.

I'm sorry to disappoint you, it seems like a pug to me... but a very nice one!
Moreover, my father immediatelly recognised the sheep in it, so I guess it's just my problem...

EDIT: The best would be letting your Goddaughter decide for herself... When I, as a child, could be using a marker as a space rocket, than this toy can be whatever she thinks it is... and that's the best thing on toys!

Maybe a face would help clear up the pug/sheep cusp of confusion...(now that's a sentence I never expected to write)

So adorable though...I want one and I'm 22.

I learned all my morality from the My Little Pony Movie:

Morning Glory: They need our help, Rosedust!

Rosedust: It's not our fight, Morning Glory.

Megan: Yes it is! It's everyone's fight!

Lickety-Split: Yeah! Everybody has to help everyone else!

Thanks for all the nice comments.  I did try to put eyes on him, but he looked like a zombie sheep so I nixed the eyes.  It kind of reminds me of those country sheep and bunnies that were popular in the 90s.
