So, I wanted to do something nice for my boyfriend since he starts a new job tomorrow and has to wake up super early. I usually make him muffins anyhow, and since we're cheap, our cupboards are stoked with 50 cent boxes of jiffy muffin mix.

So yeah....I was making him some raspberry ones when I was like "hey...you know what goes great with raspberry.....chocolate goes great with raspberry"

so I mixed in a packet of swiss miss double chocolate meltdown, and they came out AWESOME.

I would post a pic, but the internet is being poopy to me.

I'll go ahead and vividly describe them for you:

they are brown with red spots in pink papers. And gigantic.

also...I lied...I used nestle not swiss miss....like it matters.

I made these last night. I added 1 packet of store brand low sugar hot cocoa mix & then i got really crazy a added 5  milk chocolate chips to each one & 3 frozen rasberries!!
Man were they good. My Mom & Dad througth they were made from scratch.  Wink

I made them in red wrappers. with white hearts on them.

I will def keep the makings for these in the house. they were super tasty.

that is ingenious!  i just came across a cheater recipe for similar cupcakes - 1 pkg cake mix, pour into cupcakes, add 3-5 white chocolate chips, and 2 frozen strawberries to each cupcake before baking... and now i want to try both!

i care about you a homemade oven mitt's worth.
