golly, it seems I'm much better at crafting when there is homework to be done! Here is my latest attempt at avoiding homework:

It's a change purse/wallet thing, because I'm sick of pulling wads of bills out of my coat pockets. It's very simple, I more wanted to show it off because of the pretty colors. I haven't added a closure yet, but it's going to be a snap closure, with a moose button on top to hide it. I just haven't been able to find that moose in my crazy messy house yet!

Okay, so I didn't use the moose button. It was lost in all the crazy polka dots, but here it is next to the bag, just so you can see it, 'cause it sure is an awesome button.  Grin

and a close up of the interior:

Do you say 'yes' to a single desire? Oh, my friends, then you say 'yes' to all pain.

Really cute, and I'd love to see the moose once you find it!

That's very nice.  Sewing's great for avoiding homework, isn't it?  And now you're well on your way to being organized!

I love how the two fabrics match well.

I always get my greatest inspiration to sew when there's something else to be done, especially algebra homework. I love that, and that button is adorable, though I do like the one you used instead. Good job.

I love it: the colors, the polka dots, the button, everything!
