i'm located in Enola (right outside of Harrisburg) and i attempting to learn to crochet.
is there anywhere in the area that has classes that you know of?
i'd even pay someone to meet me and help me out.
i have books, but i learn much better by someone showing me and then telling me what i'm doing right and wrong.
let me know.
thanks guys!

Some chain craft stores like Michaels and ACMoore's have classes in the store. I never took classes there so I don't know if they're good or not.

I'd be willing to help out learn to crochet if you're interested. PM me about it.

I've always done what I do. I'm doing what I do, way I've always done and the way I'll always do it.

Swatara Twp recently offered a class for a small fee at their township community hall. They publish in their newsletter. Perhaps you could call and get a copy? Tossed mine so I can't give you name of contact at hall for community programs.

Meet up.com has a group of knitters and crocheters (Harrisburg Yarn Lovers, I think is the name of the group) that meet twice a month or more and everyone is willing to help out another.
