I don't know why I enjoy making these, but this one came out LOADS better than the last one.  The last one I did rather quickly, and in the end I found that I really don't like to work with fleece.  So this time around I decided to make another one, but out of upholstery fabric. I drew out a sketch of what I wanted, made a reference page of example plushies that I liked and worked from there.  I made this one a to hang in their cage.

Here is the finished product.

Front of the Monster

Since I have a sick sense of humor, I added a way out for the ferrets through the back of the monster.  Grin

Marcel demonstrating the use of the back exit.

Marcel seems to like this bed as well as he like the other one.

The bed set up in the cage.  You can see that I have also used that fabric that I used for my re-usable grocery bags for their other cage accessories too.

This is AWESOME!  This is the best pet thing I've seen in ages, hand-crafted or factory made.  Are you considering a tut?  I have a cat who might like something like that!  And I love the back door... I mean if a monster is going to eat ferrets, it's going to poop ferrets, too.  That's just nature.
