I made these awhile ago and just now got pictures uploaded!



They're a basic rectagle of reverse stockinette, with four big cables running down it. They're made from bright red Patons Classic Wool Merino, doubled and knit on something kind of small, like size 8 needles, to make a dense fabric. I then used the sewing machine (carefully and slowly!) to attach the knit rectagle to a fabric backing:



I love them, they're so cozy to nap on! And they add a nice texture and lushness to the other fabric pillows on the couch. Smiley

oooh, they're so cozy!

i always loved sleeping on yarn throw cushions, but my grandmas were all pretty ugly (70s browns!)... these are gorgeous!
