but i had to pump rather, so it wasn't such a big deal for me. 
For me i had to remember to pump 10 times a day-
so my method was to set out 10 pieces of candy on my pump first thing in the morning and eat one with each pumping.

Wow.  I thought my every 4 hours was grueling.  When did you sleep?  I'd be putting out gallons if I did that.  As it is, I'm still outproducing my lamancha dairy goat.
I drink a liter of water every time I pump so I stay good and hydrated, (I also try to eat a little something then too.  It really helps you drop the weight) but I may have to borrow this idea for when I wean.  I was terrible about drinking fluids.

The great thing about this bracelet is that it really gives the feeling of watery-ness.  It's so dainty and shiny--like dewdrops!  Great work!
