Good idea. Could be used for other things you want to track, like taking vitamins, etc. I could see a whole armful of bracelets given all the things I promise myself to do every day--exercise, floss, stretch, ...

wow that is soo cool! it's like a baby kick bracelet I saw when I was pregnant; only that had 10 beads instead of 8.
