T-shirts usually roll naturally when you cut them, so I would just crop it to the length you want and make horizontal slashes.

Yep, just cut it where you want. You could try it on a practive shirt first.  Wink

cut the holes on the shirt where you want them and then give the sides of the shirt a few good pulls. stretching the fabric holes out. when released it should start the rolling of the edges around the holes.

What everyone else said, but it helps to put a piece of cardboard inside the shirt so that you have a nice surface to slash on with an exacto knife.
