hmmm i want to do this but i'm not sure what i could make.  the craft i mostly do is kanzashi and that wouldn't really qualify.

are you kidding me? kanzashi would be an AMAZING "tiny thing" for this swap!

how did you learn? it's something i'd like to try, but i haven't seen any good books or internet tutorials.

To those of you that are already crafting - how can you be?  You don't know who you partner is going to be and whether or not that item you make will even suit them.  Please remember that you should craft according to their wishes.  I'll do my best to match people up with what they want to make and what others want to receive.  However, lots of you have listed a number of things you can do but there is no guarantee that the item you made is what your partner wants.  (example, say you knit, sew, crochet and embroider and you made your item from knitting - you might get a partner that wants something embroidered so your knit item won't work)

I'm working my way through all the PMs that came in this morning and I'm pretty sure that anyone who sent it in this a.m. is in, as long as you meet the swap guidelines.  You should hear from me soon.
